Processing your document

Your document text is processed by our servers and contracted third-party AI processors solely to produce your result. Documents are never used for training.

File retention

Access to your files expires 24 hours after job completion, or 24 hours after upload if you never start the job. Uploaded files, working files, document previews and reports are removed by the next automatic hourly cleanup. Download the files you want to keep before access expires.

Job metadata, including counts, timestamps and charges, is kept for 90 days for support and accounting, then removed by automatic cleanup. Report text is deleted with the files.

Device and account access

A secure device cookie identifies your browser for the free daily allowance and access to your documents. It lasts up to 400 days. Signing in uses your email address, a verification code or an enabled Google sign-in. A separate session cookie lasts up to 30 days. Signed-in accounts hold your word balance and recent job history.

Document pages, previews and downloads are restricted to the device that uploaded them or the account linked to the job. Keep the same browser and cookies when using the service without an account.
