Unused word balance

Unused word balance is refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@humandoc.app from the email address linked to your HumanDoc account. Include the purchase date or receipt reference so we can find the purchase.

Failed processing

Failed or timed-out jobs are not charged. Any words reserved for the job are returned to your allowance or balance. You do not need to request a purchase refund to recover those words.
